• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. Delays may occasionally occur due to your bank or payment provider.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours. If KYC verification has not been completed, your withdrawal may be placed on hold.
• Withdrawals are generally required to be made through the same payment method used for the original deposit.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms
